Albert Falls is about twenty kilometres up the road from the shop. In 2022 it hosted the Albert Falls Bass Classic, and Rochester kept the prize list.

On 6 August 2022, Joey’s tournament trail went to Goedertrouw Dam, near Eshowe. Thirty-five teams fished it. Team Rochester Tackle, Mark Todd skippering with Mark Schmidt, finished sixth.
